A Reflection on Growth, Legacy, and Infinite Possibility
This weekend, I celebrated sixty-five years of experiences, efforts, energies, support, family, and joy. Each chapter has held its own lessons and its own mirrors—some I've needed to process and polish — others shining with pride for the devotion I've poured into people, projects, and passion.
As I turn the page, I stand in my power and recognize that this life is a mere hologram of what is transpiring in my soul. The mirror I face is not always easy to look into—but it is always honest. It reveals both the growth still unfolding and the beauty already built.
When Passion Meets Purpose: The Alchemy of Excellence
When I reflect on my mission in CG Excellence Training™ and SHRINKELZ® Skincare, I am reminded that when effort aligns with passion and purpose, the road is limitless. The pages are limitless. The book itself is infinite. These ventures are extensions of my commitment to excellence, authenticity, and transformation.
CG Excellence Training™ emerged from decades of understanding that true customer service is about human connection, emotional intelligence, and the courage to show up fully for others.

I am beyond proud of my two children, Anthony and Ann Marie, whose lives are my greatest joy and legacy!
I've come to understand that legacy extends beyond family—it lives in every interaction, every moment of service, every time we choose to elevate someone else's experience.
